We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.<\/p>\n

CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/p>\n

1.\tAll Quotes are valid for 30 days only and will be subject to re-quote after 30 days.<\/p>\n

2.\tExchange rate variation will apply to goods sourced in currencies other than Australian Dollars.<\/p>\n

3.\tQuoted prices are subject to change on order entry if the NAB Retail Foreign Exchange Rate has varied by more than 3% from date of quote.<\/p>\n

4.\tUnless customer is an approved account holder, payment is due prior to shipment by EFT or VISA\/ MASTERCARD\/AMEX payment. (AMEX payments will incur a 3% service charge). Diners Club cards are not accepted.<\/p>\n

5.\tAccount holder payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 0.5% per day, calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid.<\/p>\n

6.\tIn the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and\/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.<\/p>\n

7.\tIf items purchased are not Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), OR the value of the customer\u2019s purchase order is greater than $1000AUD, then purchase order cancellations or amendments by the customer after Step Global\u2019s acceptance of an official order will incur payment in full.<\/p>\n

8.\tAll customer orders will only be processed on the acceptance of these conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

9.\tAll product prices exclude GST.<\/p>\n

10.\tPrices are FOB Melbourne unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

11.\tWarranty<\/p>\n

a.\tStep Global warrants that Product manufactured by Step Global will be free from defects caused by the manufacturing process for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment from Step Global to the Customer. Should any fault occur within that period as the result of such defect, Step Global will make all necessary repairs, or at Step Global\u2019s sole discretion, replace the goods at no charge to the Customer except for cartage.<\/p>\n

b.\tThe warranty contained in clause a., shall not apply in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n

i.\tIn respect of loss or damage caused by the installation, configuration, commission or use of the Product other than strictly in accordance with the products User Manual, including without limitation, loss or damage caused as a result of a failure to service or maintain the Product in accordance with Step Global\u2019s instructions, or caused by rough or negligent treatment of the Product.<\/p>\n

ii.\tIn respect of loss or damage caused by an act of God or any other cause not within Step Global\u2019s control, or otherwise not related to the Product.<\/p>\n

c.\tResale Products from third party manufacturers will only be covered by the third party manufacturer\u2019s warranty. Where applicable, Step Global will pass through any third party manufacturer warranties to the Customer. Copies of applicable third party manufacturer warranties, to the extent they exist, are available upon request.<\/p>\n

d.\tSave for the express conditions and warranties herein contained all other conditions and warranties (whether as to the quality, fitness for purpose or any other matter) expressed or implied by statute, the common law, equity, trade custom, usage or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded provided that nothing in this quotation shall exclude or limit the liability of any breach of a term or condition implied by law, the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law.<\/p>\n

e.\tGoods returned under warranty for repair or testing will incur a charge if no fault is found.<\/p>\n

f.\tThe Customer shall bear any cost of delivery and insurance of any Product so returned under warranty.<\/p>\n

g.\tWhere a Product is returned under warranty, or where the Customer has advised Step Global in writing that the Product is faulty but has not as yet returned the Product, Step Global may, at its sole discretion and subject to clause h, provide to the Customer a replacement Product with specifications that are not less than those of the reported faulty Product.<\/p>\n

h.\tWhere a replacement Product has been supplied to the Customer in accordance with clause g, Step Global shall be entitled to invoice the Customer the full price of the replacement Product if the reported faulty Product is not received by Step Global within 30 days of the replacement Product dispatch date from Step Global.<\/p>\n

i.\tStep Global is not responsible for the operation, or failure of operation, of any satellite based positioning system or the availability of any satellite based positioning signals.<\/p>\n

12.\tStep Global reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in quotations.<\/p>\n

13.\tTitle remains with Step Global until payment for goods is received in full.<\/p>\n

14.\tAt Step Global\u2019s discretion, Step Global may accept the return of unused goods, and will credit the customer the quoted price minus a restocking fee equal to 20%. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in as new working order.<\/p>\n

15.\tSubject to (7) after receipt of the purchase order customers may cancel within 5 business days by providing Step Global with written notice. <\/p>\n

SECTION 6 \u2013 ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and\/or orders that use the same billing and\/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and\/or billing address\/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.<\/p>\n

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.<\/p>\n
